Returns and Refunds Policy

Unused in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. Contact us first for a return authorization.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

Custom, made-to-order and bulk items are not returnable unless defective.

Damaged items: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange repair, replacement or a refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
