Material sourcing
Rattan poles, cane, seagrass and resin wicker are selected for consistent diameter, color and flexibility.

Design planning
Dimensions, frame type and weave pattern are set for each piece before production.

Frame assembly
Hardwood, rattan-pole or aluminum frames are cut, shaped and joined.
- 04
Weaving
Strands are hand-woven over the frame; joints are wrapped for strength.

Finishing
Pieces are sanded and finished; cushions are fitted.
- 06
Inspection
Each item is checked for weave tension, stability and finish quality.

Packaging
Furniture is wrapped and protected for shipping.
